  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Brief description of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share order details and supporting images.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
